Casa del Amanecer features award winning landscaping with a multi-level patio, outdoor fire ring and spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. Full kitchens with granite countertops, refrigerators, dishwasher, blenders, microwaves, dishes, silverware, glassware, and all cooking utensils are included. The house also comes equipped with its own office, complete with phone/ fax, computers and high speed internet service. The spacious entertainment area features Cable TV, Flat screen TV’s, stereo sound system.

Location
Casa del Amanecer, located just east of San Jose del Cabo, captures the charm and serenity of possibly the most beautiful area of Mexico’s vast coastline. Casa del Amanecer is a short drive from the town center in downtown San Jose del Cabo (approx. 4 miles). We are part of a small beach-front community of 16 private homes that have exclusive access to a beautiful sand beach. We’re far enough from any city lights so that stargazing is a spectacular evening pastime, yet close enough to steal away for an evening of Cabo nightlife every now and then.
Accommodations
The upper house consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entire upper level is surrounded by decks providing a breathtaking view. Each bedroom has a unique custom designed queen bed and view of the ocean.
The main level of the house is an open plan design with state of the art kitchen plus serving area. Includes a large unique custom dining table with 8 luxury dining chairs, and a lounge entertainment area with 37″ LCD TV and DVD. There is also a beautifully tiled full bath to the side of the winding staircase.
Two deluxe beach casitas, large infinity edge swimming pool with swim up bar, sun deck, and a large Al-fresco outdoor covered BBQ and entertainment area (approx. 600 sq. ft.) make the entire lower level an incredible entertainment area.
The larger of the two casitas has a huge 760 sq. ft. bedroom complete with Cal King bed, 32″ LCD TV.
The smaller of the two villas has a king size bed, a relaxation couch and luxury dual shower bathroom area.
