I love this house. The builders attention to detail was exquisite. It was perfect. We had the best time with two other couples. It was the most relaxing and fun vacation we have had. We were a long way from the crowds, just like we like it. We were left to enjoy paradise with just our chosen company. That to me, is a true Vacation. I will go back as soon as I can.

I was blown away when we got to the house. I felt like I had “arrived” upon walking out on the patio. I was so comfortable at the house, it was difficult to leave. We often said while there, “life doesn’t get better than this!”
Greg, the manager was attentive and friendly and made us feel like we had known him for years. We left as “Friends”
The house had more than we used, but we were so happy to have access to it. It was exactly like the photos displayed, it was clean, and functional both.
We hope to go back in June.

It was my husband’s 40th birthday celebration. We had a blast. We had an amazing time at the house. The place is so beautiful and we will recomendly highly. My group was very delighted with the house and the area. Hopefully we can stay there again sometime soon. The staff is very nice, helpful and responsible.

We absolutely LOVED this villa. It was fantastic in every way. The setting, the home itself, the gathering areas, the pool, the beach, the views–all of it was nothing short of amazing! This place has a great design and it’s well built. It was everything we hoped for and more.

The pictures advertising this villa are very nice (they sold me) but they still can’t do justice to how spectacular this property really is. It is simply breathtaking! We had a group of four couples who went down to spend some relaxing time together and we decided to do it right in a great place like this and it was well worth it. The numerous gathering areas gave us so many great options for gathering as a group in a variety of settings. We had a GREAT time and were overwhelmed by the beauty of this place. Upon leaving, we immediately made plans to come back again to this property. We want to repeat the tremendous experience of this home. All 8 of us couldn’t more highly recommend such a great villa and property.

Our families first trip to Cabo and our first time using VRBO. The house and staff were exceptional and the pictures may not do this home justice. Its close enough to the city to get the shopping and restaurants, but far enough away to basically enjoy your own beach. Greg and his entire staff were quick to respond to any request, even setting up a Chef for a special family night. The pool is incredible and although the weather was a little cool, the kids enjoyed the pool everyday. From a guy that is normally skeptical, and reads these reviews very carefully, this place is absolutely the real deal. No debate that our family will return.

We just returned home last night from a fantastic stay in this awesome villa. We were traveling with two other couples and can’t say enough about the property. When you walk in the the upper unit it takes your breath away…the views are to die for. The property is very spacious with loads of entertaining areas and roomy spaces indoors and out. We loved this spot so much we only went into Cabo one day, the rest of our time was spent by the pool or on the beach. We did some grocery shopping on the way to the property and did almost all our own cooking. There is a restaurant called Buzzard’s a short walking distance away that we dinned at as well….great little spot. The property manager, Greg, was fantastic and took very good care of us making sure we were comfortable and everything was in order. We did not rent a car but Greg connected us with a driver that took us on the few times we went off property. The beach area is quiet and not crowded which was a huge plus!! We will most definitely be returning to enjoy this spot again!!

We just came home from renting this property for my husband’s birthday celebration. The amenities are beautiful. We made great use of the outdoor kitchen and swim up bar. Everyday we watched whales with their babies from the infinity pool. I don’t think views get any better than that. There are great hills and beach area if you’re up for a run/walk/hike. I would highly recommend this home to any of my friends and family. The perfect spot to vacation.

We rented this villa for a birthday/anniversary celebration. Three families very familiar with Cabo and surrounding areas. The house, casitas, and outdoor living areas were perfect for our group, the photos don’t do it justice! We could barely garner enthusiasm to leave the property, we so enjoyed staying and living outside. Greg arranged to have a chef cook a couple of dinners for us at a reasonable price and that was a real treat as well. We had six surfers in the group and the proximity to the east cape was a real plus.

This was our first trip to Cabo. We are a group of 4 couples and 1 single friend that travel every year to a different location. To say the least, this was our best vacation yet. The location of this villa is right on the beach. We were able to go into the ocean every day. We cooked in some nights and went into town on others. Buzzards, a small local restaurant was right down the block. We rented cars and were able to get around easily. The villa is beautiful. Greg the manager is always around and very helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

That’s the only way to describe it. The property is beautiful, right on the sand with great touches for entertaining built in everywhere. The inside of the main house is very well crafted, with no expense spared, same with the lower casitas closer to the pool..what an amazing bathroom/tub in our casita! Air conditioning was a very welcome luxury, as were the palapa cooking area, infinity pool, satellite tv and wifi internet. Close to PLC marina and Buzzards bar for beers, margaritas and great food. If youre considering renting this place, dont think twice you will not regret it.
